Below is everything you need to know about how Sisters Bites N More processes, ships, and delivers orders. If you need help or have questions about your delivery, feel free to contact us , we’re always happy to help.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays).
Orders placed outside working days will be processed on the next working day.
We do not dispatch orders on weekends or UK Bank Holidays.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

UK Standard Delivery is free.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 once dispatched.
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after your order is placed.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Example:
If you place an order on Wednesday, your parcel should arrive by the following Monday.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:

Royal Mail may leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place if deemed secure.
A delivery card will be left to notify you of the delivery attempt or parcel location.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND (ROI)

All deliveries to the Republic of Ireland are fully trackable.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

EU & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer trackable international delivery only for peace of mind.
Shipping costs to EU and worldwide destinations are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery time is 7–10 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

Customs & Import Charges

Any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Sisters Bites N More has no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
Customs policies vary by country; we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
