At Sisters Bites N More, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food or edible items once they have been dispatched or delivered.

However, you may contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if there is an issue related to damage, defects, or incorrect items.

To be eligible for a review:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging (where applicable).

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is defective

  • Or you received the wrong item

Kindly contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Perishable goods (including food and snacks)

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your issue qualifies and is approved, we will advise you on the next steps. In some cases, you may be asked to place a new order once the issue has been resolved.

REFUNDS
